Basic Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1cm piece ginger
1 onion
1 carrot
15ml oil
375ml chopped raw chicken meat
750ml chicken stock
1 can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
15 ml chili sauce
50 g thin noodles

Cooking Instructions

Peel and finely chop the garlic, ginger, onion and carrot. Fry these in the oil until the onion is translucent. Add the chicken, stock, tomatoes and chili sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the noodles and simme until the noodles are cooked - about 5 minutes more.
